The final title of Mary in the Litany of Loreto is "Queen of Peace." Peace does not come from this troubled world; it is a blessing of Christ. Litany of Loreto, Title 07: MOTHER MOST PURE

Brother Michael Mary, KHE has prepared 3-4 minute reflections on each of the 52 titles of Mary in the Litany of Loreto.  Please SUBSCRIBE to our page to receive notification of his daily videos which began April 13, Easter Monday.  They will run one per day through April and May (the Month of Mary) and end on June 3rd. The Litany of Loreto, so called because of its use in the sanctuary of Loreto (Italy) since at least as far back as 1531, was officially approved in 1587 by Pope Sixtus V. Its origin is believed to be a medieval rhymed litany influenced by Eastern Marian devotion, in particular by the famous Hymnos Akathistos.
